FAQ's

MATTRESS SALES ARE FINAL. AND ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Items sold as clearance AS-IS are not subjected to returns, repairs, or exchanges and these sales are final.

AVAIBILITY OF MERCHANDISE:
Availability of merchandise and any updates given are ESTIMATED. We can only ESTIMATE the timeframe based on the information given from the manufacturer at the time of sale. Due to MANY factors beyond our control, we are not responsible for delays in the delivery of your furniture to our store. Cancelations will be subjected to the refund/exchanges policy below.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY:
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER 3 DAYS of receipt of furniture! After 3 days, approved returns will be credited as a Store Credit only. All approved refunds for cancellation/return of stocked items will be charged a 5% administration fee. Returns for refund or exchange will only be approved on regularly stocked items. Special order items are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was purchased in, or the return will not be approved. No returns are allowed on any closeout or As Is merchandise.

DELIVERY POLICY:
PLEASE HAVE ALL ROOMS READY FOR DELIVERY. Delivery fees are non-refundable and any exchanges by our delivery truck will be charged an additional fee. We do not move or haul off old furniture. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please do so at least 36 hours before otherwise a $100 rescheduling fee will be assessed. If you are not home for your scheduled delivery, a $100 rescheduling fee will be assessed. Visible damages to your furniture or you home must be reported within (3) days.

PICKUP POLICY:
MERCHANDISE PICKED UP MAY BE IN BOXES AND REQUIRE ASSEMBLY. Due to shortage of warehouse space, we ask that you schedule to pick-up your furniture within 7 days of arrival. Our warehouse employees will load your furniture onto your vehicle and secure it for transport. However, you are responsible for assuring that all items are loaded and for the safe transportation of the furniture to your home. Damages that occur during transit are not covered under warranty and cannot be returned. Concealed damage must be reported within (3) days by texting a photo of damage to our store number 2569297552. Furniture that is picked up by the customer must be returned by the customer for repair or replacement. Any exchanges by our delivery truck will be charged an additional fee and are subjected to the Delivery Policy.
